Is it against the terms of service

To have an arena shard and coordinate hitting non shard members down so that only shard members can reach top 5? These guys are instantaneously licking non shard members out just to be jerks. They are...

I think this topic went for too long. mafia shards exists, coordinating using third party program is againts free competition and bad. but what can we or EA do about it? move on. we wish it didn't exists, but it does.
