A few suggestions. Figure out if anyone in your guild knows someone in their guild. Make a third party friend to get in a conversation with about payouts.
If you are sharing payouts with 3 or more, you might want to change to a vacant time and ask again
Git gud then be a jerk and snipe them, spend the crystals and cost them crystals. Lock them in 5th when they are trying to take first. Sometimes we invite a jerk just to settle them down.
