Is newest update bugged?

Since this last update been getting nonstop connection issues on wifi. Can switch to only data an unpause game an sometimes it resumes game an then sometimes it does complete restart. Anyone else seeing this since update? Filed a bug report but like to know if others are seeing same thing just since the update. Never had a problem before so this is completely new issue for me.
