Is Raiders of the Outer Rim correct for Tier I

The Details list Reccommended Level 20+ and that you have three units at Gear Tier V for the best chance of success. I was hoping to use this to get more shards of Silvo to claim more of the Characte...

I would take the recommended level / gear information with a pinch of salt on all events. I don’t think the developers are testing these events properly and they haven’t done for some time. I don’t have any characters below g12 to see what I can accomplish, sorry.

    Thanks. Yes, it seems like a chicken and egg problem. You need high-level characters to beat these events, which grant shards to increase the levels of those characters.
