Is Relic Delta in game yet?

Well.....I think we all knew this update wouldn't go without a hitch.  However, after not being able to complete my ship run due to the lag.  I'm gagging for my SWGOH holiday.  Hopefully, some semblance of normality will have resumed in a month.

I'm off once Relic Delta lands........is it in game yet?  If not, do we know when?
