Is the ""Fives" in the 5th slot issue" still bugging on transferring stats if not in 5th slot

It'd be nice to get an update on this as I have searched the Trello Developer Tracker board and found nothing ... mostly, Is this issue still affecting Clones, Shaak, GAS squads?

I always do place him in 5th slot, but recently fought a squad with Fives not in the 5th slot, and when I killed Echo first - seemed they got very powerful ... so I thought I'd ask about the status of the bug with all the updates - and not appearing on the DevTracker.
