Is the ""Fives" in the 5th slot issue" still bugging on transferring stats if not in 5th slot

It'd be nice to get an update on this as I have searched the Trello Developer Tracker board and found nothing ... mostly, Is this issue still affecting Clones, Shaak, GAS squads?

I put 5s in the 5th slot and sometimes his sacrifice triggers and the other clone dies as well anyway. Bugged is bugged.
