Is the in-game help desk behind on tickets?

I don't ever tag the mods/devs/CMs, but I'm hoping to get some help. I put in a ticket with the in-game help over 24 hours ago, but haven't had a response. I've always had good interactions with the in-game help feature, but I'm wondering if perhaps I've fallen between the cracks on this one, @CG_Tusken_Meathead or @Ultra ?

    I've been trying to explain my problem for 4 days now. They answer, but every day there is a new employee and not one helped.

    I clicked "Skip" because the three options given to me had absolutely nothing to do with what I needed.

    However, good news...took two days, but, my tickets and currency are here this morning. Still no answer from the help desk on my ticket, though.

    Not sure if this post helped, but I'm happy now. Hope anyone else with this problem gets the help they need.
