Perhaps the players, including myself, with complaints about the lack of new content and communication should simply move on?
Why would you come here to ASK about moving on? ? Move on or don’t. No one really cares what you do. Did you think people were going to beg you to stay or beg you to leave?? What the heck kind of an answer were you expecting to get? Yes, you should move on. No, you shouldn’t move on. There, I narrowed your choices for you.
Because there are often bigger picture questions that groups of people can miss.
Veteran players are getting the most attention right now with their complaints, and I would assume they have the most complaints right now. I speculate that the rosters development of older accounts is reaching a threshold where CG is having a difficult time treating new content as a perpetual thing while balancing new and mid-roster accounts. The hyperdrive bundle was 1 attempted solution that a lot of people just viewed as a cash-grab, but in a game where rosters have been developing for years and the modern lore of Star Wars being mostly around Rey and Kylo a lot of new players would look to get them sooner rather than later. Where does that fit in roster development with the past 5 years of gradually developed content. With the new GL Rey and Kylo we need a ultra hyperdrive bundle.
The struggle to balance all of this is seemingly increasingly untenable and indicative of a game that is so chronologically odd that it is approaching broken and time for older players to move on.
