Is there a noticable power jump just from going from G8 to 9, 9 to 10, and 10 to 11?

By that I mean, when you have all gear filled out for G8 (or 9 or 10), you have X power. You hit the upgrade button and get a bit of a power upgrade and bam, suddenly you are at the next level with no...

Assuming you don't mean character power and actually mean how strong a character is:

Generally speaking, yes. Because the gear you need to upgrade them has a lot more in it at higher ranks, it has a lot more stats. More stats on each bit of gear means there's a bigger power-jump with each rank.

There are exceptions, but for the majority of characters there's a jump.
