Good to know. But now I have to ask, why didn't you escalate it? Lol- because its hard to get these guys to escalate it, i been trying they just tell me to "wait for update" haha. Thats why i want the states direct number. And i dont even know if they have a USA location because their customer service ratings are so low

1. Whale harder. If you spend at least $10k a year on the game CG Will call you directly and see if everything is ok (unless you make utube videos, then they will ban you).
2. Be a forums mod. They have the devs on speed dial and get answers immediately as long as the question has nothing to do with anything anyone cares about.
