125 level unit Era
By purchasing character shards to obtain 4* or 5*, will we be able to obtain 115 (4*) or 125 (5*) levels of characters of the Era without additional investments?

Nope! 110+ is pay only.
unless this is changed with Snowtrooper Commander's Marquee event (I really hope it is), we will be not getting the purple mats for level 110+ for free
