This needs to be posted in bugs report area. No one from CG will read it here. I just never basic attack. My team comp is rebel y-wing, Outrider, Han’s Mil Fal, Rogue 1, Cassian, Ghost, Phantom. I only ever use the Rebel Fleet has Arrived and the Middle Ability to call Outrider to Assist then I’m sending Tantive 4 out. Again never get far enough that the basic attack is my only option.
I didn’t post it for CG to read, it’s a known issue that goes back years. It’s been reported multiple times, they’re either too lazy or incompetent to fix it. I’m posting here in hopes that there was a player discovered cause or solution I’m unaware of.
