Is this overkill to get 7* C-3PO?

This should be enough, right?

Chief Chirpa - max'ed, Gear 11 (3/6), Speed = 182
Ewok Elder - max'ed, Gear 12 (0/6), Speed = 196
Paploo - Unique NOT zeta'd, Gear 11 (3/6), Speed = 208
Logray - Unique NOT zeta'd, Gear 11 (3/6), Speed = 196
Wicket - max'ed, Gear 11 (3/6), Speed = 188

Does Paploo need to be stronger to take more hits?
Does Wicket need to be faster?

Here's what I got as of right now:

Chief Chirpa - zeta'd Leadership, Gear 9 (4/6), Speed = 182
Ewok Elder - max'ed, Gear 11 (4/6), Speed = 176
Paploo - Unique NOT zeta'd, Gear 11 (0/6), Speed = 180
Logray - Unique NOT zeta'd, Gear 11 (0/6), Speed = 179
Wicket- Unique NOT zeta'd, Gear 11 (0/6), Speed = 190

Most likely not going to use:

Teebo - Leader and the 2 Specials are at 7, Gear 9, Speed = 162

-I've got 1 zeta to give at the moment, and who should really have it?
-Do all need to have zetas?
-How many of them needs to be Gear 12?
-Or should I focus on getting more Speed?
