C-3PO lightspeed bundle bug

got the exact problem, i bought rey jedi pack and got charged but i received crystals, so annoying, now i have no money and no characters and ea is not responding

I am sorry but the same issue happened again as I just bought the Han Silo lightspeed bundle

i was credited with crystals but not with characters. Can you please fix this new problem?
