Satele Shan solves the Spider Maul problem. We unlocked her on Monday. Guess you should have played Conquest.
Ooh, havent got mine to high enough relics levels yet but is she a hard counter? Do you need to match their relic levels or does say r7 beat an r9 team?
Wished Id rushed her relic levels now!I used R9 Satele, R7 JKR, R7 Bastila. Satele has all omicrons and zetas, 200k protection. Bastila died and was revived by JKR's Savior (SK was hitting under protection and they really went for Bastila, she might have high target priority?) I won with full banners. Relic Delta + Satele being a tank, I'd say you want R7 minimum on the squad and R9 minimum on Satele.
Fatal mentioned on reddit that he can count on one hand the number of teams she can't beat on offense. His Satele is R10.
I want to keep at least 20 servomotors stashed in case of future R10 requirements (other than Era Battles). I have 20 servomotors stashed right now and should have another 20 by the end of the Andor Era, so I'm considering bringing my Satele up to R10.Thanks again, thats my focus for the next round then!
Same, finding it hard to commit to spending them until I have a decent stash for any future GL.
I would like to play Devil's Advocate and remind you that not everyone has the capacity to unlock the latest characters as soon as they can. Now, it could be that OP is high GP and does have that capacity but chooses not to, in which case ignore me
Thats fair enough but we all have these issues sometimes where opponents are just better at this game than you, prepare better or just have better rosters, which is something a lot of these complaining threads don't seem to ever consider. Seems in this case OPs opponent has outsmarted them by recognising a couple of defence teams that will stop them dead without using all their strong teams on defence.
This round I've really struggled against other peoples Strangers while they wipe the floor with mine. Thing is I know its a me issue as they've got higher relic levels on Stranger and SK, and also their counters are better modded than mine, in fact I'd completely slept on what was needed (My CATs speed mainly as I should have remodded her for even more speed). You take the L, learn from it and move on.Because of a recent topic I created, I've learnt that it doesn't matter how many banners your opponent gets so long as they don't win. This particular topic is proof that so long as you have a few focused teams, the rest can be awful and it won't help them much, which is actually a big weight off my shoulders because I feel that I've got a few focused teams and a fair few bad ones. Completely agree - it's a little scummy, but hey-ho. As a somewhat related tangent, how well does Stranger+SK work without Maul, who the former two of which I have but the latter I don't.
