Issues with Account Restore from today's Update

Hi admins, i actually STILLL CANNOT ACCESS THE GAME - i am stuck on wanting the game update! Im not sure whats my ally code as i cannot load cantina but this is my swgoh acc https://swgoh.gg/p/896492184/ and there it says ally code 896-492-184
