Items moving around in shipments
So out of habit I scrolled down to buy the gear for credits from the regular shipments and after I spent Crystal's on Biggs shards and sim tickets I noticed the changes how do I go about getting my crystals

- how can't you have seen this? I only buy items I don't have 500 already reached ……………
- Thankfully I noticed before I bought anything, but I’m sure many others weren’t so lucky. I like it when they do these types of things, but it’s pretty inconsiderate that the devs never ever tell us when it happens, thus causing confusion and frustration in the community, something we don’t need anymore of.

Not sure there is mu h you can do about what you spent, but feel free to open a ticket with EA Help and see what they can do.
