I have to disagree with you brother. Nihilus has a INSTA-KILL move... haha there weren't many complaints about that. Having two basic options at all times is less OP than that. There goes all of my Baze Malbus or Kenobi farming just because someone hides behind Taunts and reduces his own cooldown of 8. Most Nihiluses in my shard whipe me out. As long as they deal the same damage, it would just be cool to choose which debuff you want to inflict with 2 basics.
