January Event Calendar and Login Toons - (MERGE)

Darth Jar Jar is real.

Since we just got the last update for the year, will we see the event calendar on schedule at 31st Dec or will it in come in Jan sometime? Is everyone at CG on holidays during this time of year, or will some poor person be working to get us the update?

I believe the 12/21/17 update was the last in-game client restart we can expect for the rest of the year. I could be mistaken, but I think the staff will return for forum updates after christmas, but before new year's. No one can say for sure, but it's a safe bet that something will be announced on either 12/30 or 12/31.

Could be earlier than that.

I'm sure the Devs wanna enjoy the New Year as we all do :wink:

It's almost always the last day or first day of the new month. Why would you bother asking 8 days in advance?
