Untitled Leader Ability
If Jar-Jar binks counters , there is a 60% chance other allies will counter atttack with him, dealing 2% less damage for each gungan ally.
If a gungan ally uses special ability there is a 40% chance random ally with less than 50% turn meter gains 25 % turn meter , but the ally gets damage over time effect for 1 turn.
After damage over time effect expires , all gungan allies get 10% turn meter.
