Jar Jar Event

Ok, so I upgraded my gungans free to play becasue I thought they could help me with the raid and that they were a really good team. I also thought that this jar jar event was supposed to come out every three months. It has now been closer to four months with nothing in sight. Capital Games I would just like a little more transparency so I can plan, Thank you!
