I was thinking with all these Gungan marquee packs in events section and the stores that perhaps Jarhead was coming back but no Bo Mando event just started and runs for a few days. Now another GC requiring a full squad of Gungans just ‘startsd,. ChoreQuest feats need Jarhead to get points, and this stupid raid needs him. So hopefully maybe by Christmas $$CG$$ will think about letting us unlock Jarhead after torturing us with no information.

You can check through previous threads. This one has popped up a lot, last time just 4 days ago.

Early November as announced on release. Expected every 3 months. 

New characters are usually required for new conquest and GC, this has not impacted there scheduled events before. The 3 months clear return schedule is most likely for the raid requirement.
