Proposal:
Jawa Engineer has +10 Speed for each Jawa or Droid ally, and +20% Potency.
Jawa Engineer is dreadfully low on base potency and gets resisted all the flippin time. His basic attack is unfortunately critically dependent on potency to stick. Jawa Engineer's basic attack is next to useless. I think across 90% of my battles, only 1 or two thermal detonators actually detonate. Most are either dodged or resisted.
