JC Cooldowns?

What's the base cooldown on JC's heal? I thought it was 4 or 5 to start with but it must have been 6? I have it upgraded twice and it reads 4 turns. Is that correct?

I really wish the cooldown timer was available when viewing your characters from the menu. Not sure why it's not. Seems like a no-brainer to included with the description.

    Thanks! Then I have a glitch? It's currently level 6 (double cooldown) but still reads as 4 on the UI before activation and 3 when coming back around on the turn. I've made several restarts of the app.

    I have not seen the problem but have read multiple posts about it. Close the game out and restart will suppoedly fix it.

    I've done this many times in the last several days and the problem still persists. I guess since it's a legit issue for many, a patch will happen soon enough. Though it is making things more difficult in arena and GW since it seems to actually not provide the discounted cooldown rather than just being a visual error.
