Jedi Consular Needs Graphics for CoolDown Reduction
The title mostly says it, but if it's not obvious to you, my dear reader, JC's basic has the ability to reduce his cool down by an extra one (so it reduces 2 that turn, 1 simply because you took a turn, another 1 if your RNG on JC's basic is favorable).
The thing is, planning your heals is often crucial in the mid-to-late game, and I have no idea when JC's cool down has been reduced and when it hasn't. can we please get some graphic indicator - even just gold sparks in the air or something, but it could also simply be text - the opposite of the text given when Nihilus increases opponents' cool down with his special.
Either way, please let me know when this happens.
