I don't know survivor, but if you're accurately summarizing Merrin as a waifu I personally hope the character never shows up in SWGOH. The waifu trope is icky.
She isn't a waifu, she is a powerful witch who likes deadpan dark jokes. My best guess for a NS legendary if GM turns out to be a marquee
