JMK Event Crashes

Hey there,
I have some issues with the JMK event, my game is crashing sometimes and I lost in total 60 tickets.
I don't know how I can fix this or where I should go and search for help.

*Edit*: I think I fixed/know where the problem is when you go to your inventory and then go down and click on Journey Guide it says you had no Journey in progress. I went from there to the JMK tier one and I could play 4 games in a row without a crash

    This has been a recorded issue with the first tier of JMK’s event for awhile. Nothing you can really do.
  • OK, i have had the same issue today and yesterday.
    the edit remark does not garantee, as I did it like that twice and still had a crash.
    I only lost 30 tickets up till now, but it doesn’t sound conforting, and seeiiing that you did not get compensated - sounds like some frustrating weeks ahead.
  • Had the same issue today - two crashes in quick succession. Very frustrating and it’s put me a day behind getting the character. Seeing as I pay for relic packs every week (not much but something) I am a customer and if there is a fault I expect a refund. If CG doesnt give me a refund for the 250 crystals I used for extra energy today, or 20 JMK shards, I’ll consider quitting the game. I’m sure that CG and EA would prefer to have a low spender than a non spender…
  • Customer support is a freaking joke. A bunch of brainless people who even after admitting that an error occurred due to a bug causing you to lose tickets, even when you spend money on the game to buy crystals to use more energy per day and gain more tickets, they still refuse to do anything to compensate a player for their loss. Absolutely worthless individuals. Basically no customer service at all.
