Had the same issue today - two crashes in quick succession. Very frustrating and it’s put me a day behind getting the character. Seeing as I pay for relic packs every week (not much but something) I am a customer and if there is a fault I expect a refund. If CG doesnt give me a refund for the 250 crystals I used for extra energy today, or 20 JMK shards, I’ll consider quitting the game. I’m sure that CG and EA would prefer to have a low spender than a non spender…
