JML tier 7 disabled?

Hi I have same problem but on last tier Lord Vader's when I played some time ago ultimate didn't load up after 20min. Or more I disconnected send massage to stuff there is something wrong ,they told me there's nothing that they can do because I was disconnected and I should check my internet connection, never had connection problems and from then on event is blocked I thought that they blocked only me . Forgot to add I lost 70 tickets.

On help chat like 5 different people writing with me and for any response I'm waiting like 24h now it's going on like that for about a week and basically no help at all they sended me link with troubleshoot and that's all they did.

Have the same issue here too, can't access Tier 5 of JML event.

Ya they wont I'm in the same boat and all thats said is its being worked on

Same I'm farming LV and I'm stopped as well one of my guild mates too

I wrote a message for support in game about this, no responce.
People write avout this issue here & no response either.
CG’s radio silence is very frustrating…..

All of a sudden I need 150 tokens instead of 70, but when I go to collect 150, I get stopped at 144. I am not sure what the problem is, but I could definitely use someone's help and advice.

That tier is busted (as it is for several GLs) so they raised the cap beyond the ticket limit so people can’t launch it and waste their tickets. Doesn’t make up for the lost time spent sitting at the 144 cap, but at least it’s something.

I, and many others, are in the same boat (me with LV).

Very frustrating…

PS - if you go to the other screen for that tier, it will say it is unavailable and will return “shortly”.

Update released https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/268754/hotfix-2-26 . When will you fix the event ult? Or remove the limit? Or make the event autoplay. A player entered the event and immediately received a victory and materials for the ultimate.

I am 9/10 also for several days, wasted 140 enegry cause 1st time I was like "hmm I fucked something up didit pay attention" cause done it without thinking like in 9 previous attemps so tried again and found out I did nothing wrong.
