Just bought a bad batch lightspeed bundle and got crystals instead

Bought a lightspeed bundle for Bad Batch , took a long time to process, and instead of getting the Isb got  crystals in game. 

And the bundle still shows in the webstore. Please assist or refund. 

Note that the support bot simply tells to press Restore Purchases button which is of no help.
