Just change Neutral Hondo to DS and get rid of the pointless alignment

With new GL Hondo coming out as DS, it's clear that CG's bailed on the Neutral faction.  They added ONE toon to it years ago and not a single new one. No old toons switched over, no new toons created...

Either that or change GL Hondo to Neutral. Then allow all Neutral units gain bonuses to both darkside and lightside. Like the level 3 DCs as well as any leadership and uniques that give bonuses to light or dark.
