I would say Asajj, but I'll be patient and wait to see what happens with the new Separatist tag.
Boba is no-doubt in need of a rework. Probably #1 most needed rework IMO. There are lots of underused toons, but let's get the iconic ones right first.
Maybe darth maul. Need to see what his next gear level looks like, because he is unstoppable in 8A lightside hard nose, so maybe we just need to wait for his worth to increase.
