Is it worth it to start the grind to farm him in the shard shop ? Why is he so hard to get for iphone users (shard shop like Grievous) when we know he was so easy to get for Android users?

I 7* him for the fun of it and found he barely qualifies as cannon fodder.
Rumor has it he is good with a bunch of strong tenacity mods, but I haven't bothered to test that out yet.
And he wasn't easy to farm, it took me three weeks of getting every shard I could for conversion in the shop.
