Kanan Jarrus' Total Defense Zeta should apply to Phoenix and Jedi

As the title suggests, I believe that allowing Kanan's Total Defense Zeta to dispel all debuffs on Phoenix Squadron and Jedi and to apply the turn meter for Jedi would give him more competitive viabil...

Ezra is significantly less effective in a Jedi squad, they just need an actual damage dealer so much he makes the cut, plus his kit is really good.
