Kanan Jarrus' Total Defense Zeta should apply to Phoenix and Jedi

As the title suggests, I believe that allowing Kanan's Total Defense Zeta to dispel all debuffs on Phoenix Squadron and Jedi and to apply the turn meter for Jedi would give him more competitive viabil...

Dude, are you serious? "The only jedi cleanser"? What about GK, Barriss Offee, Hermit Yoda and R2's Combat Analysis (it cleanses Light side, every jedi is Light Side, so, it is a jedi cleanser)
