This is consistently happening, just went shopping after the afternoon energy, had to restart and noticed that indeed, there isn't a refresh button any longer.

I noticed it goes away after making a purchase. Restart brings it back
Started noticing it couple days ago, no idea how long it has been like that.

It's only been a couple days. I don't remember if it started on Tues or Mon (I think Tues, but not sure), but it's been an issue for me as well.

Terribly annoying.

Same here. Finish an activity, restart message. Set phone down and come back later, restart message. Pull a pack, restart. Very very annoying.

Yep ... I've been getting that often recently (maybe just today) when I go into Shipments

Last couple of days for me. Just had it again now.

Had it yesterday and now the game won't even let me login.

Feels like some sort of synch error between client /server.
