I thought it was a really solid start. I agree, Leia was cast really well. I really liked Reva as well, she seems interesting and I hope we get more of her backstory. Maybe one of the younglings from the beginning? Kind of confused about the Grand Inquisitor though... he can’t be dead, since he’s in Rebels, but that lightsaber stab looked pretty fatal. Daiyu was a decent planet, it reminded me of Nar Shadaa. Overall I really liked it, can’t wait for Kenobi to use his lightsaber. Also, who was he referring to when he was talking to Leia, Padme or Satine? I think probably Padme, but either one would fit the description
I think it was padme , along the lines of " like mother like daughter" - watching it now

This broke my heart. Love the Clones, Empire did them dirty. - HKFactorySeasoned RookieThis looks like it’s going to be a very interesting show. Leia is quite the sassy child, and I was not aware there was some minor family discourse between the Organas.
- Iy4oy4sNew NoviceIt’s was 50/50 for me. The Leia chase scenes were horrible. Wasn’t impressed with Reva’s acting. Also, all the hype about the GI only to kill him off in the first episode? He got the Snoke treatment.

100% Reva is probably the first Youngling we see at the beginning. Only explanation for her knowing that Anakin is Vader is her seeing Anakin slaughtering everyone. She survives / escapes and is filled with resentment towards Obi Wan for allowing his Padawan to fall and destroy everything.- MagruffinRising Traveler

Yeah when she mentioned anakin living I was like tf - no one's suppose to know that. Good point; makes sense - I thought it was superb. I thought the defeated tone and the knackered acceptance was spot on. Even down to hurting his hand because he hasn’t thumped anyone for 10 years. My only issue was the kid playing leia seems to be about 5 not 10.

I hate it.
The whole show is just way too childish. The bad guys are dumb, the good guys are dumb, everybody is clumsy, and we all know they all survive so there's never any real danger for anyone.
The characters are so childish, they basically have no personality. Maybe they get 1 thing and thats it. They even change that too.
Black inqui - blm/feminist, the only one in the show that is 'smart' (has a plan)
Grand inqui - chases jedis calmly
Kenobi - lets a young jedi die. Then next day decides to save a young jedi. While travelling, he has his lightsaber visible on his belt...
Leia - rebel. That's all her personality.
Childish nonsense.
I was hoping for some OT style grittiness.
Real characters with complex personalities.
Any sort of danger feel.
Learn more about the jedi force ghost system through Qui Gon - JMK interactions.
Don't cut yourself on that edge, lord.- Funny how people didn’t like old man grumpy Luke who made mistakes, but old man grumpy Kenobi who made mistakes is just fine.
