But... did Kenobi ever actually meet Wat Tambor? I know Anakin met him once or twice (while rescuing Echo, then killing him as Vader) but the only instance I can remember is when Kenobi was attempting to spy on the Seperatists on Geonosis in Ep II...

By this logic, Nute Gunray and Poggle should also be requirements, because Kenobi saw them too when he was spying.
