You could always try mercing the TB's. There's usually a few guilds out there that will take on an extra player or two to help them earn Wat shards. I know my guild is always willing to bring on an undergeared player if they have the geos to do the Wat mission. It's a win-win, if we have space, then an extra Wat shard from a merc is more than welcome.
