I’d put Clone Sarge at the same mid-use level as someone like Aayla. Not a priority relic outside of the GL requirement by any means, but you can find a good enough use for them once you have the relic.
High-use: GK, Negotiator, GG, Magna, Wat
Mid-use: Sarge, Aayla
Low-use: Mace, Bo-Katan, QGJ
