Was he always in Geo TB? I just noticed him and his kit looks like a direct counter to SE. I'm guessing this is the next legendary event.

He comes with retribution buff and 150k damage basic attack so if you can not clear taunt or mass aoe dispel buff its a very short fight in GTB.
