The new announcements say Shaak Ti led clones for Ki-Adi, and ARC is the GBA of this TB. But neither explicitly says ARC is required for the KAM mission. Can we get confirmation that he is required to...

Possibly fairly early next year, based on a recent interview. Sounds like there's gonna be a Clone Wars season 7 cycle when that drops, which means we may see more clones and Jedi council work as early as February.
There's a very thin line between saving and hoarding tho, and it's hard to tell the difference in a game where it costs so many resources to get somewhere.
Also CG mentioned in the road ahead the the EP. 9 content will take us "well into spring" so the earliest we'll likely see new clone content is more likely April.
