Clone troopers are LS except the clone troopers order 66. But where do you encounter these? i Haven't seen them on ds battle arena, and well you can't select LS (Ahsoka) characters to face LS clone troopers. Leaves cantina battles but again, haven't seen DS clone troopers there

This one is easily completed in Galactic War or Conquest. We're going to start a new cycle and things could always change, but for quite a while now we've even had clones on a datacron node.
While that may be true. There are plenty of challenges that can be completed without spending resources or energy. Usually they are journey guides but can even be raids. Just saiyan.
The vast majority of these feats have a “go” button that will take you directly to somewhere that you can meet the criteria for the feat.
There's also the GL Ahsoka event as well, although not everyone can do that.
