Furthermore, the rework you suggest is interesting, but i think for some part of some abilities you're firing yourself !
Ragged Cut : "cannot gain health" is too powerfull. Maybe just refresh the bleeding.
Lash Out : "attack again on a critical hit", at least 2 critical hit. Or get advantage on a critical hit.
Force Stun: 3 turn stun is too much. Especially with a 3 turn cooldown.

I changed Force Stun to stun the target for 2 turns and Lash Out to attack again once Kylo crits more than one. Do you think "cannot gain health" on Ragged Cut should be replaced by another effect? I kinda want Kylo Ren to be like Palpatine, but Snoke will probably be more like Palpatine once the character comes out.
