Lack of transparency

It doesn't make sense to me how a company of this size, one of the biggest, still does this kind of thing to its community, which despite everything continues to support the game, whether financially or simply by dedicating hours of their day to playing this game that we love. It's not a lack of money; I don't blame the developers, I'm sure they do everything possible to keep the game running, but rather the "owners" who don't invest properly, cut costs, and only prioritize profit above all else. The lack of transparency is surreal. Every day I go to the forum to see the news, I come across some complaint, whether about errors, bugs, lack of transparency, or something like that. This is shameful. At least be transparent in your actions, show your real intentions. Sometimes it seems like you induce consumers to spend more than they really should. I just ask that you work more on the aspect of communication, please.
