I'm with Drake23 here, if we don't know others' payout times, not sure how I can know when to avoid hitting someone. Generally speaking I won't be hitting anyone in top 10 until the hour before my payout, which is 6pm Tokyo time. Is there anyone else on this list who is in that time slot with me?
