This is basically my strategy but with chopper instead of Sabine. It is easier with him but not because of his unique. But because both him and Ezra can dispel the stormtrooper. Then I focus on death troopers, elite healer troopers (whatever you actually call them), then thrawn himself, then I finish the stormtrooper last. Making sure to rebuff whenever and restore protection as much as possible. Keep in mind that the death troopers can cancel out heras backup plan so don't waste that ability while they're still alive.
