Leader vs Unique abilities — blurring the line

Back in the day, the distinction between Leader and Unique abilities was pretty clear. Leader = passive ability that affects enemies and/or allies Examples: Grievous' anti-crit, Phasma's assist ch...

Not for wiggs, dead allies still count for his unique.

Wedges leader still works, when wedge died ... wedges unique does not work, when he (wedge) died ... thats what i tried to say.
