Leadership

About a month ago, the leader of our guild said he was going to drop off the planet. The other officers and I took it as maybe he was cutting back to just a few log ins per week. Now, a month later and he really has just quit the game. Do we have an option without going nuclear and starting from scratch again with a new guild? Maybe it's petty. Maybe it's team pride. But everyone has worked hard for the stats they have, We don't want to see everything everyone else has worked towards over the past year(s) because one guy quit.

    open a support ticket and you can have the leader changed.

    In game go to settings and help button.

    The leader of the little guild I'm in rarely plays too and wanted to give the guild to me. I'd love to take over the tiny guild that I'm in but the game seems to have my age wrong and even support can't seem to correct it. So my account can't be promoted or have my player name changed (without using a support ticket) or do so many other little things that make the game so much better. Can't stay in any big guilds either since I can't see or use guild chat and messages. At over 1.7 million Galactic Power (which is pretty good today and I'm sure will look like nothing as time goes by) I'm not willing to start from scratch.

    If anyone has been able to fix this issue with their account then I'd love to find out how.
